Age 49 and Under: BMI Must Be Under 30
Age 60 – 59: BMI Must Be Under 27
Age 50+: BMI Must Be Under 25
Patient safety is our number one priority. If you meet any of the below criteria, you will be required to stay 1 night in our AAAASF certified ambulatory surgery center the night of your procedure. You will be monitored by our exceptional nursing staff for pain management and post-anesthesia monitoring.

Patients who have large sagging breasts, and want their breast to be reduced in size and lifted will most likely need a Breast Lift. Combining the breast lifting with liposuction 360 (which includes liposuction of the abdomen, hips, and all the flanks(back), with our cash, personal check or personal credit card discount the price is $15,097. The standard price is $16,305, which is the price should you choose to finance with one of the lenders listed below.
A unique part of our practice is the Crisalix 3D imaging system, in which we will take your photos and through imaging, we will be able to show you your anticipated postoperative results.
During the examination, it will be determined if an “internal bra” will be needed to give your breasts additional support to prevent a recurrence of sagging of the breasts. Galaflex is the product used to create an internal bra. This would add an additional $2000 - $2160 to the procedure pricing.
We do offer BodyTite technology, that uses bi-directional radiofrequency energy to tighten skin and is done in conjunction with liposuction in reducing the areas of unwanted fat without leaving behind saggy, wrinkly skin. If BodyTite is needed for optimal results for your procedure, the price will increase by $2612 for the first area and $2312 for each additional area.
The above prices include surgeon’s fee, anesthesia fee, facility fee, the garment you are fitted in to go home, and all follow-up visits. Additional fees may consist of prescriptions and any needed preoperative clearance, such as labs and surgical clearances from another physician.
We believe that everyone deserves to look and feel their best, which is why we provide a range of financing options to help all of our patients seek the specialized services they desire. We do offer third-party financing through several lenders. CareCredit and Alphaeon offer 12 months 0% interest rates. As well, both companies offer 24/36/48 months at 14.9% interest rates. The 60 months plan, the interest rate ranges from 14.9 - 16.9%. CareCredit does allow a co-signer on the account.
There is no penalty if you pay any of the payment plans off early. Patients with credit scores below 640, you may choose to contact United Medical Credit, for pre-approval.
If financing is needed in order to proceed with the surgical procedure, we do ask that you are pre-approved before continuing the next steps of scheduling the consultation and booking surgery. I am happy to assist you with this process if needed.

It is important to explain that our practice is self-pay and our surgeons are not In-network with any insurance companies. Often patients request their surgical procedure to be filed with their insurance company after the procedure is done and the patient has paid for the procedure. The patient’s also request itemized statements, so they can file with their insurance company or use it for tax purposes. Patients may call their insurance company to determine if they cover the procedure they are having done, and they are told: “if it is medically necessary – it will be covered.” This is the division of the insurance company which answers patient phone calls – not the division that pre-certifies surgery or pays the claims. Our office does not file cosmetic procedures with insurance, nor do we send letters to insurance companies requesting pre-certification. In regards to taxes, cosmetic procedures are not tax-deductible.
