1 - Enter the first 4 letters of primary taxpayer first name. If it is less than 4 letters use only available letters.
2 - Followed by the month, day and year of primary taxpayer date of birth in this format: MMDDYYYY .
3 - Followed by primary taxpayer Last 4 digits of SSN.

Examples
If the name of taxpayer is John Doe, the date of birth is 04/09/1983 and SSN is 400-00-1001 then the password will be 'john040919831001'.

If the name of taxpayer is Ann Doe, the date of birth is 07/01/1986 and SSN is 400-00-1006 then the password will be 'ann070119861006'.
